Apply to Join the Localization Lab Summit & Sprint at IFF 2018!

We are now accepting applications for Localization Lab translators interested in attending this year's Localization Summit and Sprint, which will take place at the 2018 Internet Freedom Festival from March 5th - 9th in Valencia, Spain! The Localization Summit and Sprint provide an opportunity for you as a translator and contributor to the Localization Lab Hub to meet and communicate face-to-face with the Localization Lab staff; fellow volunteer contributors; regional human rights and civil society organizations and activists working on Internet freedom and governance issues; and developers of the tools that you work tirelessly to make available to the global community.

If you are interested in joining the Localization Lab community at IFF 2018 by participating in the Localization Summit, Localization Sprint, and community social events, please fill out and submit the following application. If you anticipate having financial or visa issues, please do not let that stop you from applying. Be sure to indicate any potential financial or other hurdles in the application itself. **Note: IFF has gotten a record number of applicants this year. Unfortunately, in order to join in Localization Lab events, you must have already registered for IFF or be on the IFF waitlist.**

The deadline for submissions is FRIDAY, JANUARY 19TH, those who apply sooner will have a better chance of getting travel support. **If you will need a visa to attend IFF 2018 please apply as soon as possible so that we can begin the visa process!**
